In general, it takes us 3 business days to ship your order; however, during sales, promotions or special events like new collection launches, it may take us a little longer (up to 10 business days) to get your order processed and shipped. We really appreciate your patience with our small team!
Of course! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number that will let you follow your order’s delivery status.
Unfortunately, you cannot make modifications to your order yourself. If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please write to us at hello@roseboreal.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that we can only modify your order if it has not yet been processed, otherwise we are unable to make any changes.
