Do you accept returns?

We want you to love your purchase, and if you're not completely satisfied, we offer full refunds on orders made within 15 days. To qualify, the product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Please note that the following products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

How do I return my order?

To initiate your return, please enter your order number and email address into our Returns Portal. Once completed, follow these simple steps:

1. Download and print the returns label provided.

2. Pack all the items you wish to return, and attach the printed label to the box. You can use the original packaging or another suitable box.

3. Take your package to any authorized Canada Post drop-off location and ship it back to us. Remember, you have 14 days after receiving your label to drop off your package at Canada Post. After this period, your return may be refused or subject to additional charges.

4. Once we receive the items, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note that a return shipping fee of $9.99 plus taxes will be deducted from your refund. However, exchanges for the same model size and gift card refunds are free of charge.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping?

Within Canada, once your return request is approved, we'll send you a pre-paid return label to make the process hassle-free for you.

For our customers outside of Canada, standard shipping rates will apply for returns.

What if I had a problem with my order?

If you encounter any issues with your order or any of the products in it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@roseboreal.com. Our team is here to help, and we'll do our best to assist you and resolve any concerns you may have.

If I purchased a product that came with a free item, and return that product can I keep the free item?

Just a friendly reminder that if you received a free item with your order, please make sure to include it in your return package. Failure to return the free item may result in a charge for the value of the product.

Please note: Free items are not eligible for return or exchange.

I've sent in my return, when will I receive my refund?

For our Canadian customers: Your refund will be issued once we receive your item at our warehouse. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

For our customers outside of Canada: Your refund will also be issued upon receiving your item at our warehouse. A shipping fee of $9.99 CAD will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

What condition does my order need to be in for you to accept my return?

We're here to make sure you're happy with your purchases! Just a quick reminder that for returns to be accepted, please make sure your items are clean, unworn, and still have their original tags attached. This helps us ensure everything is in top-notch condition for you. Thanks for your cooperation!

Can I return clothes that I've already tried on?

Yes, we want you to feel confident in your choices, so go ahead and try on those clothes! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Always wear your undergarments while trying on clothes.
2. Keep those tags on while you're trying things out.
3. No need to wash anything you plan to return.
4. And remember, only wear the clothes briefly, please!

We kindly ask that you ensure your returned items are in their best condition. If they have any traces of deodorant, makeup, dirt, pet hair, or an unpleasant odor, we'll have to return them to you at your expense.

What if I've already returned an item from my order, and now I would like to return a second item from the same order?

For a second return request on the same order, a $11.99 CAD + tax processing fee applies. If you are returning for the second time, please include the full order number : EXC-XXXX-1

What is Shop Now?

We have a return option that offers you added flexibility! When you initiate a return, you have the opportunity to shop on our site and make new purchases of approximately the same value as your return.

Please note: If you wish to make two different return options (e.g., a refund and a gift card), you'll need to submit two separate requests on our site.
