What advice or thoughts on physical and emotional well-being would you like to share with our community of women?
I have a set morning and evening routine. Since establishing this discipline, I feel much more balanced, both physically and mentally. In the morning, I start with a mental gratitude list, then set a specific goal for the day. In the evening, I end with a stretching session to release tension and unwind.
