How to light and take care of your wood wick

Wood wick:

- The wooden wick may take 10 to 15 seconds to ignite. It is important to burn your candle for 2 hours at a time so that the wax is completely melted to the walls of it. It is important not to burn your candle for more than 3-4 hours otherwise the wick will end up under the wax. If the wick is in the wax, just remove some wax from your candle with a spoon and try to relight it.

It is important to trim the blackened wick of your candle after each use. Always keep your wood bit 3 to 6 mm (1/8 to 1/4 inch) above the wax. If the wick is too long it could decrease the strength of the flame and if it is too short it will get covered with wax.
